Owner Paula Simpson is a qualified Sports Massage Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in sports and remedial massage treatments. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association and has worked in large physiotherapy practices in the greater Belfast area for over 5 years.
Her treatments include Sports massage, Swedish massage, Trigger point therapy and Myofascial release.
Paula has a real passion for her work and believes that sports massage can have a positive rehabilitation and/or relaxation benefit to more than just those involved in sport. Her clients include individuals from 11-98 years old who may not all be athletes but who benefit from treatments to aid medical conditions or just to feel good.
Outside of the clinic setting Paula can provide mobile event massage at competition venues. She has provided pre and post event sports massage at a number of high profile swimming, triathlon and running events that attract international athletes.
